Tennessee Valley Authority April 3, 2015 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The TVA Regional Energy Resource Council (RERC) will hold a meeting on Monday, April 20 and Tuesday April 21, 2015, regarding regional energy related issues in the Tennessee Valley. In conjunction with the meeting, the RERC will join the TVA Board in a public session on April 20 to hear viewpoints from stakeholders regarding TVA's recently released Draft 2015 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and associated Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). The RERC was established to advise TVA on its energy resource activities and the priorities among competing objectives and values. Notice of this meeting is given under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2, and TVA's procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. 4321 to 4370h.
