This notice is provided in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality's regulations (40 CFR parts 1500 to 1508) and TVA's procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act. TVA has decided to implement Alternative 2 Modify Dam and Maintain Summer Pool Level of 576 Feet, the preferred alternative identified in its Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Bear Creek Dam Leakage Resolution Project.
