Postal Service April 16, 2024 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

On April 9, 2024, the Postal Service (USPS[supreg]) filed a notice of mailing services price adjustments with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), effective July 14, 2024. This proposed rule contains the revisions to Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) that we would adopt to implement the changes coincident with the price adjustments.

The United States Postal Service\TM\ (USPS\TM\) is proposing to revise two General Privacy Act Systems of Records. These updates are being made to support enhanced security and analysis to anticipate user issues and provide resolution.
