The Postal Service is proposing to amend Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) to add an additional Intelligent Mail[supreg] package barcode (IMpb[supreg]) validation under the ``Barcode Quality'' category.
