Information Collection Requests Under OMB Review
The Peace Corps will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. The purpose of this notice is to allow 30 days for public comment in the Federal Register preceding submission to OMB. We are conducting this process in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 USC Chapter 35).

The Peace Corps will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the Peace Corps invites the general public to comment on this request revision of a currently approved collection, Peace Corps 50th Anniversary Archive Project (OMB Control Number: 04200542). The title of the information collection will change from Peace Corps 50th Anniversary Archives to Peace Corps Digital Library (OMB Control Number 0420pending). This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Peace Corps invites the general public to comment on the revision of a currently approved information collection OMB Control No. 0420-0510: Health History Form (PC-1789) and the Report of Medical Examination also referred to as the Report of Physical Examination (PC-1790S). The Peace Corps seeks to remove the Report of Physical Examination (PC- 1790S) from OMB 0420-0510 and request a new OMB Control Number for the Report of Physical Examination (PC-1790S).
