Proposed Information Collection Renewals
The Peace Corps has submitted the following three (3) information collections to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites the public to comment on the renewal of three information collections: World Wise Schools Conference Online Registration Form (OMB 0420-0541); Speakers Match: Online Request for a Speaker Form (OMB 0420-0539); and Correspondence Match Educator Online Enrollment Form: Educator Sign Up Form (OMB 0420-0540). Peace Corps invites comments on whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for proper performance of the functions of the Peace Corps, including whether the information will have practical use; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of automated collection techniques, when appropriate, and other forms of information technology.

The Peace Corps has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests an extension, without change, of a currently approved information collection. This notice invites the public to comment on the renewal of the Peace Corps' Confidential Reference Form (OMB Control No. 0420-0006). Peace Corps invites comments on whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for proper performance of the functions of the Peace Corps, including whether the information will have practical use; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the information to be collected; and, ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of automated collection techniques, when appropriate, and other forms of information technology.
Information Collection Requests Under OMB Review
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice invites the public to comment on the proposed collection of information by the Peace Corps' Office of Communications. The Peace Corps' Office of Communications wishes to collect feedback from Peace Corps applicants and Returned Volunteers to help understand which factors are driving recruitment attrition, as well as what information or education needs would increase the conversion ratio. Former applicants and Returned Volunteers will be contacted by e-mail and will be asked to complete a quantitative online survey to better understand candidate motivation to serve as a volunteer, their perceptions of Peace Corps and their experience with Peace Corps' recruitment and selection process.

The Peace Corps will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for extension, without change, of a currently approved information collection. In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 USC Chapter 35), the Peace Corps invites the general public to comment on the renewal, without change to the Peace Corps Career Information Consultation (CIC) Waiver Form (OMB Control No. 0420-0531). This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.
Privacy Act of 1974; Report of an Altered System of Records
The Peace Corps is revising two of its existing systems of records notices subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a), PC-17Volunteer Applicant and Service Records System, and PC-18 Former Peace Corps Volunteers Database. The first revision adds a specific routine use to both PC-17 and PC-18. This specific routine use indicates that the Peace Corps may share Peace Corps Volunteer and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer contact information with educational institutions with which the Peace Corps has a Fellows/Masters International agreement which requires access to such information. The second revision adds another specific routine use to both PC-17 and PC- 18 indicating that the Peace Corps may share Peace Corps Volunteer and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer information with Returned Peace Corps Volunteer organizations that are furthering the Peace Corps' recruiting and third goal activities. The third revision indicates that all of the Peace Corps' General Routine Uses apply to PC-18. The fourth revision updates the System Manager information for PC-17.
Existing Collection in Use Without an OMB Control Number
The Peace Corps will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of an existing collection in use without an OMB Control Number. In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 USC Chapter 35), the Peace Corps invites the general public to comment on this request for approval of an existing collection in use without an OMB Control Number, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Update Form. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

Proposed Collection Renewal; Correction
The Peace Corps published a document in the Federal Register of June 28, 2010, [FR Doc. 2010-15584, pages 36721-36722], concerning a proposal to renew three currently approved collections of information: 1. World Wise Schools Conference Online Registration Form (OMB Control No. 0420-0514); Speakers Match: Online Request for a Speaker Form (OMB Control No. 0420-0539); and Correspondence Match Educator Online Enrollment Form: Educator Sign Up Form (OMB Control No. 0420-0540). The document contained an incorrect OMB Control Number for the World Wise Schools ConferenceOnline Registration Form. The correct information should read: 1. Title: World Wise Schools ConferenceOnline Registration Form (OMB Control Number: 0420-0541). The remaining two information collections are correct as listed. The dates for comments has been extended because of the correction made to the notice.
