Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document announces that OPIC is planning to submit the following proposed information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): OPIC 2006 Client Satisfaction Survey. Before submitting the ICR to OMB for review and approval, OPIC is soliciting public comment on the client survey. Comments are being solicited on the need for the information, its practical utility, the accuracy of the Agency's burden estimate, and on ways to minimize the reporting burden. The proposed ICR is summarized below.
Submission for OMB Review
Under the provision of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), agencies are required to publish a Notice in the Federal Register notifying the public, that the Agency is preparing an information collection request for OMB review, approval, and request public review and comment on the submission. Comments are being solicited on the need for the information, the accuracy of the Agency's burden estimate; the quality, practical utility and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the reporting burden, including automated collection techniques by use of other forms of technology. The proposed form under review is summarized below.

Agency Report Form Under OMB Review
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), agencies are required to publish a Notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the Agency has prepared an information collection request for OMB review and approval and has requested public review and comment on the submission. OPIC published its first Federal Register Notice on this information collection request on December 13, 2004, in vol. 69 No. 238, FR 72225, at which time a 60-calendar day comment period was announced. This comment period ended February 14, 2005. No comments were received in response to this notice. This information collection submission has now been submitted to OMB for review. Comments are again being solicited on the need for the information, the accuracy of the Agency's burden estimate; the quality, practical utility and clarity of the information to be collected; and on ways to minimize the reporting burden, including automated collection techniques and uses of other forms of technology. The proposed form under review, OMB control number 3420-0015, is summarized below.
