Features,’’ to establish cask storage area
boron concentration limits and to
restrict the minimum burnup of spent
fuel assemblies associated with spent
fuel cask loading operations.
Date of issuance: June 29, 2005.

issuance and shall be implemented

Operator Valve Boards D and E from the
Technical Specifications.
