The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR- 59, issued to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation, the licensee), for operation of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. The proposed amendment would revise the technical specifications based on the updated fuel handling accident analysis.
