The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF- 42, issued to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation, for operation of the Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit 1. The proposed amendment would modify the implementation date of License Amendment No. 237 for Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit 1.
Information Collection: NRC Form 241, Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States, Areas of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction, or Offshore Waters
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, NRC Form 241, ``Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States, Areas of Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction, or Offshore Waters.''
