DPR-73, issued on February 8, 1978, and held by TMI-2 Solutions, LLC for the operation of Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, located in Dauphin County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The NRC is issuing an environmental assessment (EA) and finding of no significant impact (FONSI) associated with the proposed action.
