The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) received and is considering approval of an application filed by Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), on behalf of itself and Exelon Corporation; Exelon FitzPatrick, LLC; Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMP LLC); R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Ginna LLC); and Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Calvert LLC) (collectively, the applicants), on February 25, 2021. The applicants seek NRC approval of the indirect transfer of their facility operating licenses, materials license, and general licenses. The NRC is also considering amending the licenses for administrative purposes to reflect the proposed transfer. The application contains sensitive unclassified non- safeguards information (SUNSI).
