Order Prohibiting Involvement in NRC-Licensed Activities
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an order prohibiting involvement in NRC-licensed activities to Mr. Justin Roberts. Mr. Justin Roberts was an Assembler employed by Enrichment Technology United States at the Louisiana Energy Services (LES)(d/b/a URENCO USA UUSA or licensee) uranium enrichment facility. Mr. Justin Roberts engaged in deliberate misconduct that caused LES to be in violation of NRC's regulations.
SHINE Medical Technologies LLC
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff acknowledges receipt of an application submitted by SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE), dated July 17, 2019, filed pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the NRC's regulations, for an operating license for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility.
Requirement To Submit Complete and Accurate Information
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is discontinuing a rulemaking activity, ``Requirement to Submit Complete and Accurate Information,'' and denying a petition for rulemaking (PRM), PRM-50-107. This document informs the public of the NRC's action and describes the rationale for the action. The NRC will no longer track this rulemaking activity or PRM.

Biweekly Notice; Applications and Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Combined Licenses Involving No Significant Hazards Considerations
Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The Act requires the Commission to publish notice of any amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, and grants the Commission the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license, as applicable, upon a determination by the Commission that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, notwithstanding the pendency before the Commission of a request for a hearing from any person. This biweekly notice includes all notices of amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, from August 13, 2019 to August 26, 2019. The last biweekly notice was published on August 29, 2019.
