Agreement State Program Policy Statement; Correction
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the Federal Register (FR) on October 6, 2017, regarding consolidation of two policy statements on the NRC's Agreement State programs. This action is necessary to provide the policy statement revision which was inadvertently left out of the previously published FRN.
