License Amendment Applications: Mallinckrodt LLC
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received an application from Mallinckrodt LLC to amend NRC Source Materials License No. STB-401 to allow the option to perform direct dose assessment of residual radioactivity in addition to using derived concentration guideline levels (DCGLs) to demonstrate compliance with the license termination criteria at the Mallinckrodt site in St. Louis, Missouri.
Information Collection: NRC Generic Letter 2015-XX, Monitoring of Neutron-Absorbing Materials in Spent Fuel Pools
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites the public to comment on the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for a new collection for information. NRC is required to publish this notice in the Federal Register under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection is entitled ``NRC Generic Letter 2015-XX, Monitoring of Neutron-Absorbing Materials in Spent Fuel Pools.''
