Nuclear Regulatory Commission September 11, 2013 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

On July 29, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published in the Federal Register (78 FR 45573) a request for public comment on NUREG/CR-7135, ``Compensatory and Alternative Regulatory Measures for Nuclear Power Plant Fire Protection (CARMEN-FIRE).'' In response to comments from members of the public, the NRC is reopening the public comment period until September 25, 2013.
