NARA proposes to request an extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) of approval to use a consent and authorization form. Requesters use the form to authorize NARA's Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) to make inquiries on their behalf and to authorize agencies to release information and records related to their Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act requests/ appeals.
