Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel; Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Pub. L. 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a forthcoming meeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Pub. L. 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the Astrophysics Subcommittee of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC). This Subcommittee reports to the Science Committee of the NAC. The meeting will be held for the purpose of soliciting, from the scientific community and other persons, scientific and technical information relevant to program planning.

This Subcommittee reports to the HEOC.
NASA Advisory Council; Ad Hoc Task Force on STEM Education Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Pub. L. 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a meeting of the Ad Hoc Task Force on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC). This Task Force reports to the NAC.
NASA FAR Supplement Regulatory Review No. 3
NASA adopts a final rule amending the NASA FAR Supplement with the goal of eliminating unnecessary regulation, streamlining burdensome regulation, clarifying language, and simplifying processes where possible.

A notice soliciting public comments on the information collection was published in the Federal Register at 79 FR 60468, on October 7, 2014. No comments were received.

Semiannual Regulatory Agenda
This agenda provides summary descriptions of regulations being developed by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council in compliance with Executive Order 12866 ``Regulatory Planning and Review.'' This agenda is being published to allow interested persons an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process. The Regulatory Secretariat Division has attempted to list all regulations pending at the time of publication, except for minor and routine or repetitive actions; however, unanticipated requirements may result in the issuance of regulations that are not included in this agenda. There is no legal significance to the omission of an item from this listing. Published proposed rules may be reviewed in their entirety at the Government's rulemaking Web site at https://www.regulations.gov.

National Space-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Advisory Board; Charter Renewal
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the 2004 U.S. Space-Based PNT Policy and continuing and consistent Executive Branch PNT policy objectives since that time, it has been determined that the PNT Advisory Board comprised of experts from outside the United States Government continues to be necessary and in the public interest. Accordingly, NASA has renewed the charter of the National Space-Based PNT Advisory Board, effective May 8, 2015.
