Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a previously approved information collection requirement concerning U.S. Flag Air Carriers Statement.
Federal Acquisition Regulation; List of Domestically Nonavailable Articles
DoD, GSA, and NASA are considering amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update the list of domestically nonavailable articles under the Buy American Act. DoD, GSA, and NASA are seeking information that will assist in identifying domestic capabilities and for evaluating whether some articles on the list of domestically nonavailable articles are now mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities and of a satisfactory quality.

Notice of Intent to Grant a Partially Exclusive License
This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 13/987,251 entitled Fluid Harmonic Absorber and U.S. Patent No. 8,939,178 entitled Variable-Aperture Reciprocating Reed Valve to Thornton Tomasetti, Inc., having its principal place of business in New York, NY. The patent rights in these inventions have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The prospective partially exclusive license will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
Privacy Act of 1974; Privacy Act System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is issuing public notice of its proposal to significantly alter a previously noticed system of records NASA Education System Records/NASA 10EDUA. This notice further clarifies and somewhat broadens this system of records under a new system name and number, as set forth below under the caption SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning past performance information. A request for public comments was published in the Federal Register at 79 FR 68683, November 18, 2014. Five comments were received.
