NASA Advisory Council; Ad Hoc Task Force on STEM Education; Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a meeting of the Ad Hoc Task Force on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC). This Task Force reports to the NAC.
Notice of Intent to Grant a Partially Exclusive License
This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 13/987,251 entitled Fluid Harmonic Absorber and U.S. Patent No. 8,939,178 entitled Variable-Aperture Reciprocating Reed Valve to Thornton Tomasetti, Inc., having its principal place of business in New York, NY. The patent rights in these inventions have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The prospective partially exclusive license will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
