This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(c)(1) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention described and claimed in the following U.S. Patent Application: ``Miniaturized Double Latching Solenoid Valve'' Application Serial No. 11/861,038 NASA Case No. GSC-15039-1 to Mindrum Precision, Incorporated having its principal place of business in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The patent rights in this invention have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The exclusive license will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
