Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings; Green Building Advisory Committee; Notification of Upcoming Public Meetings
In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this notice provides the agenda for an in-person and Web-based (hybrid) meeting of the Green Building Advisory Committee (the Committee) and a series of Web-based meetings of the Committee's new Green Leasing Task Group (the Task Group). The in-person meeting is open to the public and the site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. All meetings are open for the public to observe; online attendees are required, and in-person attendees are encouraged to register in advance to attend as instructed below.

Federal Acquisition Regulation: Small Business Innovation Research and Technology Transfer Programs
DoD, GSA and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement changes related to data rights in the Small Business Administration's Policy Directive for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs, published in the Federal Register on April 2, 2019. In addition, this proposed rule would implement competition requirements unique to Phase II and III awards under the SBIR/STTR Programs.
Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and Public Scoping Meeting and Request for Comments for the Expansion and Modernization of the Alcan Land Port of Entry in Alcan, Alaska
Pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969(NEPA)and the GSA/PBS NEPA Desk Guide, GSA intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze the potential impacts from the proposed modernization and expansion of the existing Alcan Land Port of Entry (LPOE)located in Alcan, Alaska. GSA has initiated the required section 106 consultation of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) involving outreach efforts with the Alaska State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and Alaska Native Villages.
