Information Collection; Examination of Records by Comptroller General and Contract Audit
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on a revision and renewal concerning examination of records by Comptroller General and contract audit. DoD, GSA, and NASA invite comments on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of Federal Government acquisitions, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. OMB has approved this information collection for use through April 30, 2020. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.

Notice of Availability for the Draft Environmental Assessment for the Appraisers Building and U.S. Custom House Limited Scope Repair & Alteration Project in San Francisco, California
This notice announces the availability, and opportunity for public review and comment, of a Draft Environmental Assessment(EA), which examines the potential impacts of a proposal by GSA to provide limited scope and alterations to the existing Appraisers Building and U.S. Custom House, San Francisco, CA (Project). The Draft EA describes the reasons the project is proposed; the alternatives being considered; the potential impacts of the alternatives on the existing environment; and the proposed avoidance, minimization, and/or mitigation measures related to those alternatives.

Public Availability of Agency Records and Informational Materials
GSA is amending the General Services Administration's regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The regulations are being updated to incorporate changes brought about by the amendments to FOIA under both statutory and nonstatutory authorities. Specifically, this rule amends GSA's regulations under FOIA to incorporate certain changes made to FOIA by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016. Additionally, the regulations are being updated to reflect developments in case law, recent guidance from the Department of JusticeOffice of Information Policy for processing FOIA requests, technological advancements in how the FOIA is administered, and to update the cost figures used in calculating and charging search/ or review fees. Finally, the revisions to the rule increase the amount of information that members of the public may receive from the agency without being charged processing fees through proactive agency disclosures.
Publication of Website Standards
The 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act requires any public website of an executive agency to comply with GSA's website standards. GSA publishes the standards at https:// designsystem.digital.gov/website-standards. To notify agencies of revisions to the website standards, GSA will periodically update the U.S. Web Design System website and publish notices in the Federal Register.
Information Collection; System for Award Management Registration Requirements for Financial Assistance Recipients
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a renewal of the currently approved information collection requirement regarding the pre-award registration requirements for Prime Grant Recipients. The title of the approved information collection is System for Award Management Registration Requirements for Prime Grant Recipients (OMB Control Number 3090-0290). The updated information collection title is based on the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) proposed expansion of SAM registration requirements to include all entities that receive financial assistance.
Office of Federal High-Performance Buildings; Green Building Advisory Committee; Request for Membership Nominations for an Environmental Health Expert and a Construction Expert
The Green Building Advisory Committee provides advice to GSA as a mandatory federal advisory committee, as specified in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). With openings for an Environmental Health expert and a Construction expert, this notice invites qualified candidates to apply to be considered for appointment to a voluntary position on the Committee representing these areas of expertise.
Office of Federal High-Performance Buildings; Green Building Advisory Committee; Notification of Upcoming Conference Calls
Notice of this meeting and these conference calls is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This notice provides the agendas and schedules for the June 11, 2020 meeting of the Green Building Advisory Committee (the Committee) and the schedule for a series of conference calls for two task groups of the Committee. The in-person meeting is open to the public and the site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The task group conference calls are open for the public to listen in. Interested individuals must register to attend as instructed below under Supplementary Information.
