In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on a revision and renewal concerning termination settlement proposal forms in the FAR. DoD, GSA, and NASA invite comments on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of Federal Government acquisitions, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. OMB has approved this information collection for use through February 29, 2020. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a revision and renewal of a previously approved information collection requirement regarding report of shipment.

The General Services Administration (GSA), in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, is issuing a direct final rule to amend the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to authorize relocation reimbursement for a number of expenditures. This amendment is necessary because the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 suspended both the moving expenses income tax deduction and the exclusion from income for qualified moving expense reimbursements for tax years 2018 through 2025.

GSA intends to prepare an EIS to analyze the potential impacts from the proposed alternatives to address the long-term housing of all the tenants of the Chet Holifield Federal Building. The building is owned and managed by GSA and is occupied by various federal agency tenants, with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) serving as the largest tenant.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement for Proposal to Lease Space, GSA Form 1364 and Lessor's Annual Cost Statement, GSA Form 1217.

Notice is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This notice provides the schedule and agenda for the December 3, 2019, telephonic meeting of the Women's Suffrage Centennial Commission (Commission), and the March 3, 2020, in- person meeting of the Commission. These meetings are open to the public.
