The notice, OMB Control No. 9000-0167, American Recovery and Reinvestment ActOne-time Reporting Requirements for First-tier Subcontractors published in the Federal Register is being withdrawn and no longer is accepting comments.

This agenda announces the proposed regulatory actions that GSA plans for the next 12 months and those that were completed since the fall 2009 edition. This agenda was developed under the guidelines of Executive Order 12866 ``Regulatory Planning and Review.'' GSA's purpose in publishing this agenda is to allow interested persons an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process. GSA also invites interested persons to recommend existing significant regulations for review to determine whether they should be modified or eliminated. Proposed rules may be reviewed in their entirety at the Government's rulemaking website at https://www.regulations.gov.

This document is issued under the joint authority of the Secretary of Defense, the Administrator of General Services and the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. It consists of the summary of the rule appearing in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41 which amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This document summarizes the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rule agreed to by GSA, DoD, and NASA in this Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41. Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Regulatory Secretariat, will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning the American Recovery and Reinvestment ActOne-time Reporting Requirements for Prime Contractors. A request for public comments was published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639, on March 31, 2009.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Regulatory Secretariat, will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning the American Recovery and Reinvestment ActQuarterly Reporting for Prime Contractors. A request for public comments was published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639, on March 31, 2009.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), this document announces that GSA is planning to submit a request to extend an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Before submitting this ICR to OMB for review and approval, GSA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below.
