The FTC proposes to issue compulsory process orders to major food and beverage manufacturers, distributors, and marketers and quick service restaurant companies for information concerning, among other things, their marketing activities and expenditures targeted toward children and adolescents and nutritional information about the companies' food and beverage products marketed to children and adolescents. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), the FTC is submitting the proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and is seeking public comments on the proposed information collection and the associated PRA burden estimates.
