Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board
This notice announces the appointment of the members of the Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. The purpose of the Performance Review Board is to make written recommendations on each executive's annual summary ratings, performance-based pay adjustment, and performance awards to the appointing authority.
Notice of Board Meeting; Correction
The FRTIB published a document in the Federal Register of March 14, 2022, concerning a notice of its March 2022 Board Meeting. The date of that meeting has since changed.
Transition to a New Recordkeeping System
The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is proposing to update its regulations to reflect new processes and terminology associated with the Thrift Savings Plan's upcoming transition to a new record keeping system.
Mutual Fund Window
The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) will make a mutual fund window available to participants in the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), beginning in the summer of 2022. The FRTIB is proposing a fee designed to guarantee that the availability of the mutual fund window will not indirectly increase the share of TSP administrative expenses borne by participants who choose not to use the mutual fund window. The FRTIB is also proposing rules and procedures to govern fund transfers to and from the mutual fund window.
