The Board has temporarily revised the Capital Assessments and Stress Testing Reports (FR Y-14A/Q/M; OMB No. 7100-0341) pursuant to the authority delegated to the Board by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The temporary revisions, which would require firms to submit data necessary for the Board to conduct additional analysis in connection with resubmission of firms' capital plans, including consideration of the global market shock (GMS) component, require the reporting of certain additional data as of June 30, 2020.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are issuing this final rule to make technical corrections to certain provisions of the capital rule related to the standardized approach for counterparty credit risk, which is used for calculating the exposure amount of derivative contracts and was adopted in a final rule published on January 24, 2020.
