Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission 2024 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

This notice announces the appointment of the members of the Performance Review Board (PRB) for the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission. The PRB reviews the performance appraisals of career and non-career senior executives. The PRB makes recommendations regarding proposed performance appraisals, ratings, bonuses, pay adjustments, and other appropriate personnel actions.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) is creating a new notice of Privacy Act system of records FMSHRC-07. DATES: This new system of record is effective upon publication; however, comments on the Routine Uses will be accepted on or before June 27, 2024. The Routine Uses are effective at the close of the comment period.
