Agency Information Collection Activities: 60-Day Public Comment Request
The Federal Maritime Commission (Commission), will be submitting an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The ICR is for reinstatement with change of a previously approved information collection, which expired on March 31, 2019. Prior to submitting the ICR to OMB, the Commission invites comments on the information collection reinstatement listed below in this notice.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC or Commission) invites comments on a revision to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information for requests for dispute resolution services submitted to its Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services (CADRS).
