Federal Election Commission September 5, 2024 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Commission announces its disposition of a Petition for Rulemaking filed on June 28, 2019. The Petition asks the Commission to revise existing reporting rules to state that mailing lists received or disbursed as part of an equal-value exchange must be reported. For the reasons described below, the Commission is not initiating a rulemaking at this time.
