Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation September 1, 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation proposes to amend its Guidelines for Appeals of Material Supervisory Determinations (Guidelines) to establish an independent office that would generally replace the existing Supervision Appeals Review Committee (SARC) and to modify the procedures and timeframes for considering formal enforcement-related decisions through the supervisory appeals process.
