Notice of Membership of SES Performance Review Board
Title 5 United States Code, Section 4314, requires that notice of the appointment of an individual to serve as a member of a performance review board (PRB) shall be published in the Federal Register. The following individuals have been appointed to serve as members of the PRB for the Broadcasting Board of Governors: Carol Chan, Director of the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance, U.S. Agency for International Development; Gil H. Harden, Assistant Inspector General for Audit, U.S. Department of Agriculture; and Steven Rickrode, Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Audit, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Sunshine Act Meeting Notice
The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) will be meeting at the time and location listed above. The Board will vote on a consent agenda consisting of the minutes of the December 18, 2013 meeting and a resolution honoring the 10th anniversary of Alhurra. The BBG will also convene a panel to discuss how the U.S. is viewed through Arabic eyes and receive a presentation providing an overview of the Middle East Broadcasting Networks. This meeting will be available for public observation via streamed webcast, both live and on-demand, on the BBG's public Web site at www.bbg.gov.
