Sunshine Act Meeting
The members of the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) will meet in a special session to further discuss and consider the Fiscal Year 2016 budget. According to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11, Section 22.1, all agency budgetary materials and data are considered confidential prior to the President submitting a budget to Congress. In accordance with section 22.5 of Circular A-11, the BBG has determined that its meeting should be closed to public observation pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B). Privacy Act of 1974; New System of Records
BBG proposes to add a new financial and acquisition management system to its inventory of records system subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 522a), as amended. The primary purpose of the system are: (a) To integrate program, budgetary, financial, travel, and procurement information; (b) To ensure that agency financial and procurement activities are in conformance with laws, existing rules and regulations, good business practices; (c) To maintain information at the proper account and/or organizational level for agency operations. This action is necessary to meet the requirement of the Privacy Act to publish in the Federal Register notice of the existence and character of records maintained by the agency (5 U.S.C. 522a(e)(4)).

Notice of Public Availability of the Broadcasting Board of Governors FY-2012 Service Contract Analysis and FY-2013 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) is publishing this notice to instruct the public of the availability of its FY-2012 Service Contract Analysis and FY 2013 Service Contract Inventory. They are available on the BBG Internet site at https://www.bbg.gov/about-the-agency/research- reports/other/bbg-service-contract-inventory/. The service contract inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 made in FY-2013. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the Agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance on service contract inventories issued on November 5, 2010 and on December 19, 2011 by the Office of Management and Budget, Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).

The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites public comment on an information collection titled, ``Surveys and Other Audience Research for Radio and TV Marti.'' This request for comment is being made pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 [Pub. L. 104-13; 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)]. The information collection activity involved with this program is conducted pursuant to the mandate given to the BBG to provide for the broadcasting of accurate information to the people of Cuba, and other purposes, under Public Law 98-111, the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act, dated, October 4, 1983, and Public Law 101-246, dated, February 16, 1990.

Title 5 United States Code, Section 4314, requires that notice of the appointment of an individual to serve as a member of a performance review board (PRB) shall be published in the Federal Register.
