Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (the "Commission") has determined that: (i) the respondents have violated section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, by importing, selling for importation, and selling in the United States after importation certain icemaking machines and components thereof that infringe certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,107,538 ("the '538 patent"), U.S. Patent No. 10,113,785 ("the '785 patent"), and U.S. Patent No. 10,458,692 ("the '692 patent"); (2) the appropriate remedies are a limited exclusion order ("LEO") and cease and desist orders ("CDOs"); and (3) a bond in the amount of forty-nine percent (49%) of the entered value of the excluded products is appropriate during the period of Presidential review under 19 U.S.C. 1337(j). This investigation is terminated.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) is considering issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-22, issued to Northern States Power Company for operation of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1 (Monticello). The proposed amendment would revise the Emergency Action Level (EAL) Scheme. The proposed amendment is being requested under exigent circumstances pursuant to NRC regulations.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Executive Order 14168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government, we are re-issuing public notice of our intent to modify an existing system of records entitled, Master Files of Social Security Number (SSN) Holders and SSN Applications (60-0058). This notice publishes details of the modified system as set forth below under the caption, SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) will hold thirty-four meetings, by video conference, of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during March 2025. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this notice advises interested persons that the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) IX will hold its fourth meeting on March 19, 2025 at 1 p.m. EDT.
