Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") has determined that the March 19, 2024, initial determination ("ID") (Order No. 23) issued by the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") granting a motion to withdraw Complainants' request for a general exclusion order ("GEO") in connection with the asserted trademarks and trade dress and to cancel the evidentiary hearing is properly issued in the form of an order rather than an initial determination. Order No. 23 also includes the ALJ's recommended determination ("RD") on remedy and bonding, and thus, the Commission requests written submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and other interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding, under the schedule set forth below.
Amending Definition of Contribution to Include “Valuable Information”
The Commission announces its disposition of a Petition for Rulemaking filed on April 29, 2019. The Petition asked the Commission to amend the existing regulation defining "contribution" by adding a new section to include within the definition of contribution certain "valuable information." The Petition would further require the Commission to initiate investigations and report to a law enforcement agency "automatically" and without a vote whenever the Commission receives notice that any person has received certain "foreign information" or "compromising information." The Commission is not initiating a rulemaking at this time because it lacks the statutory authority to do so.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment draft Site-Specific Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, Supplement 26, Second Renewal, Regarding Subsequent License Renewal for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1, NUREG-1437, regarding the proposed subsequent renewal of Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-22, for an additional 20 years of operation for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1 (Monticello). Monticello is located in central Minnesota on the banks of the Mississippi River in Sherburne and Wright Counties, approximately 38 miles northwest of Minneapolis, MN. Possible alternatives to the proposed action of subsequent license renewal (SLR) include no action and reasonable replacement power alternatives.

Records Preservation Program and Appendices-Record Retention Guidelines; Catastrophic Act Preparedness Guidelines
The NCUA Board (Board) is issuing this advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) to solicit comments on ways the agency can improve and update its records preservation program regulation and accompanying guidelines in the NCUA regulations. Federal Management Regulation; Designation of Authority and Sustainable Siting
GSA, in furtherance of its authority to furnish space to federal agencies, hereby amends the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to elaborate on the factors that are advantageous to the Government when planning for location decisions. In addition, the proposed revisions are necessary to bring the current regulation into compliance with updated terminology in statute and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) bulletins. The objective of these changes is to direct agencies to better integrate strategic, holistic analysis into planning for agency location decisions and to provide consistency in the application of these regulations across Federal agencies and regions.
