The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) will hold one additional videoconference meeting of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, in November 2022 and fifteen meetings, by videoconference, of the Humanities Panel during December 2022. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a subsequent renewed license to GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC (GEH) for Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) License No. SNM-2500 for the possession, transfer, and storage of radioactive material at the Morris Operation Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) (GEH-MO). GEH-MO is located in Grundy County, Illinois, near Morris, Illinois. The subsequent renewed license authorizes operation of GEH-MO in accordance with the provisions of the subsequent renewed license and its technical specifications. The subsequent renewed license expires on May 31, 2042.

Please take notice that the Federal Trade Commission (``Commission'') received a petition for rulemaking from the Center for Digital Democracy, Fairplay, Accountable Tech, American Academy of Pediatrics, Becca Schmill Foundation, Inc., Berkeley Media Studies Group, C. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (``Privacy Act''), this document announces a new computer matching program the Federal Communications Commission (``FCC'' or ``Commission'' or ``Agency'') and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will conduct with the Arizona Department of Economic Security. The purpose of this matching program is to verify the eligibility of applicants to and subscribers of Lifeline, and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), both of which are administered by USAC under the direction of the FCC. DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update statutory references to Title 10 of the United States Code.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a final rule in the Federal Register on October 27, 2022, amending its regulations to incorporate by reference the 2019 Edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section III, Division 1, and Section XI, Division 1, and the 2020 Edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants, Division 1: OM Code: Section IST, for nuclear power plants. These amendments were made in accordance with NRC's policy to periodically update the regulations to incorporate by reference new editions of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Codes and are intended to maintain the safety of nuclear power plants and to make NRC activities more effective and efficient. The final rule contained minor editorial errors, and this action is necessary to correct the final rule and the regulations.

This document makes amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in order to make needed editorial changes.

The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register on November 4, 2022, seeking comments from the public regarding its proposed rule concerning the RepresentationCase Procedures: Election Bars; Proof of Majority Support in Construction Industry Collective-Bargaining Relationships. The date to submit comments to the Notice is now extended 30 days.

This is a notice of the Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loans interest rate for loans approved on or after October 26, 2022.

The Board of Governors (Board) is publishing a final rule that applies an inflation adjustment to the threshold for total consolidated assets in Regulation I. Federal Reserve Bank (Reserve Bank) stockholders that have total consolidated assets above the threshold receive a different dividend rate on their Reserve Bank stock than stockholders with total consolidated assets at or below the threshold. The Federal Reserve Act requires that the Board annually adjust the total consolidated asset threshold to reflect the change in the Gross Domestic Product Price Index, published by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). Based on the change in the Gross Domestic Product Price Index as of September 29, 2022, the total consolidated asset threshold will be $12,124,000,000 through December 31, 2023.
