The Securities and Exchange Commission (the ``Commission'' or the ``SEC'') is requesting information and public comment (``Request'') on matters related to: Broker-dealer and investment adviser use of ``digital engagement practices'' or ``DEPs'', including behavioral prompts, differential marketing, game-like features (commonly referred to as ``gamification''), and other design elements or features designed to engage with retail investors on digital platforms (e.g., websites, portals and applications or ``apps''), as well as the analytical and technological tools and methods used in connection with these digital engagement practices; and, investment adviser use of technology to develop and provide investment advice. In addition to or in place of responses to questions in this release, retail investors seeking to comment on their experiences may want to submit a short Feedback Flyer.
Charter Renewal of the Regional Energy Resource Council
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), the TVA Board of Directors has renewed the Regional Energy Resource Council (RERC) charter for an additional two-year period beginning on July 30, 2021.
Change to SBA Secondary Market Program
The purpose of this Notice is to inform the public that the Small Business Administration (SBA) is making a change to its Secondary Market Loan Pooling Program. SBA is increasing the minimum maturity ratio for both SBA Standard Pools and Weighted-Average Coupon (WAC) Pools by 400 basis points, to 93.0%. The change described in this Notice is being made to cover the estimated cost of the timely payment guaranty for newly formed SBA 7(a) loan pools. This change will be incorporated, as needed, into the SBA Secondary Market Program Guide and all other appropriate SBA Secondary Market documents.

Revisions to Political Programming and Recordkeeping Rules
In this document, the Commission proposes to update its political programming and recordkeeping rules for broadcast licensees, cable television system operators, Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) service providers, and Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) licensees. The Commission proposes to update its political programming rules by adding the use of social media and the creation of a campaign website to the existing list of activities that may be considered in determining whether an individual running as a write-in candidate has made a ``substantial showing'' of his or her bona fide candidacy. The Commission also proposes to update its political recordkeeping rules by incorporating provisions which were adopted in the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002.
