Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts From Canada; Termination of Five-Year Review
The Commission instituted the subject five-year review on May 1, 2020 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On June 23, 2020, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the order effective June 24, 2020, because the domestic interested parties withdrew their intent to participate in this review. (85 FR 37626). Accordingly, the subject review is terminated.

Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Extension of Approval of Information Collection; Comment Request-Procedures for Export of Noncomplying Products
As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) requests comments on a proposed extension of approval of a collection of information relating to the procedures for the export of noncomplying products. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) previously approved the collection of information under control number 3041-0003. OMB's most recent extension of approval will expire on October 31, 2020. The Commission will consider all comments received in response to this notice before requesting an extension of approval of this collection of information from OMB.
