The Assignments and Communication Tracking SystemFCA system is used for reference, to track employee assignments, and to track oral and written communications between FCA staff and external parties. This information aids Agency management in its deliberations. The Agency is updating the notice to reflect changes to the system purpose and records, include more details, and make administrative updates, as well as non-substantive changes to conform to the SORN template requirements prescribed in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A- 108.
