Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in its entirety the presiding administrative law judge's final initial determination, finding no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, with respect to U.S. Patent Nos. 7,683,509 and 7,928,348. The Commission has also determined to extend the target date for completion of the above- captioned investigation until April 29, 2019. The Commission requests certain briefing from the parties on certain issues under review, as indicated in this notice. The Commission also requests briefing from the parties and interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding.

The Judges also announce the date by which a party wishing to participate in the rate determination proceeding must file its Petition to Participate and the accompanying $150 filing fee.
