The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a request for renewal of an existing collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The information collection is entitled, ``Requests to Agreement States for Information.''

The National Science Foundation (NSF) published a document in the Federal Register of December 11, 2018, concerning a Request for Information on the National Strategic Overview for Quantum Information Science. There was a broken link in the notice.

The Committee is proposing to add a service to the Procurement List that will be furnished by a nonprofit agency employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes products and services previously furnished by such agencies.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') hereby gives notice of the court-ordered remand of its final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of hydrofluorocarbon blends and components (``HFC'') from China. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on November 8, 2018, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Ingevity Corp. of North Charleston, South Carolina and Ingevity South Carolina, LLC of North Charleston, South Carolina. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain multi-stage fuel vapor canister systems and activated carbon components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. RE38,844 (``the '844 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

This final rule amends the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's regulations on Benefits Payable in Terminated Single- Employer Plans and Allocation of Assets in Single-Employer Plans to prescribe interest assumptions under the benefit payments regulation for valuation dates in January 2019 and interest assumptions under the asset allocation regulation for valuation dates in the first quarter of 2019. The interest assumptions are used for valuing and paying benefits under terminating single-employer plans covered by the pension insurance system administered by PBGC.
