This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by L. Topaz Enterprises, Inc. (Petitioner), proposing to amend the FM Table of Allotments by allotting Channel 292A at Desert Hills, Arizona, as a second local service. Petitioner states that the proposed allotment will provide additional diversity and an outlet for local residents. The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act''), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drawn stainless steel sinks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.
