Government in the Sunshine Act Meeting Notice
The Broadcasting Board of Governors (Board) will be meeting at the time and location listed above. The Board will vote on a consent agenda consisting of the minutes of its June 14, 2017 meeting. The Board will receive a report from the Chief Executive Officer and Director of BBG. This meeting will be available for public observation via streamed webcast, both live and on-demand, on the agency's public Web site at www.bbg.gov. Information regarding this meeting, including any updates or adjustments to its starting time, can also be found on the agency's public Web site. Sunshine Act Meeting
The members of the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) will meet in a special session to discuss and approve a budget submission for Fiscal Year 2019. According to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11, Section 22.1, all agency budgetary materials and data are considered confidential prior to the President submitting a budget to Congress. In accordance with section 22.5 of Circular A-11, the BBG has determined that its meeting should be closed to public observation pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B). In accordance with the Government in the Sunshine Act and BBG policies, the meeting will be recorded and a transcript of the proceedings, subject to the redaction of information protected by 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B), will be made available to the public. The publicly-releasable transcript will be available for download at www.bbg.gov within 21 days of the date of the meeting. Information regarding member votes to close the meeting and expected attendees can also be found on the Agency's public Web site.
Information Collection Being Reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission
As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collections. Comments are requested concerning: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid OMB control number.

This collection of information was developed as part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process for seeking feedback from the public on service delivery. Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (``PBGC'') is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) extend approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of this collection of information on qualitative feedback on PBGC's service delivery (OMB Control Number 1212-0066; expires August 31, 2017). This notice informs the public of PBGC's request and solicits public comment on the collection of information.
