Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request-Agency Proposal for the Collection of Information Submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Review; Comment Request.
In accordance with the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13), the Commission has submitted a proposal for the collection of information to OMB for approval. The proposed information collection is a 3-year extension of the current ``generic clearance'' (approved by the Office of Management and Budget under control No. 3117-0016) under which the Commission can issue information collections (specifically, producer, importer, purchaser, and foreign producer questionnaires and certain institution notices) for the following types of import injury investigations: antidumping, countervailing duty, escape clause, market disruption, NAFTA safeguard, and ``interference with programs of the USDA.'' Any comments submitted to OMB on the proposed information collection should be specific, indicating which part of the questionnaires or study plan are objectionable, describing the issue in detail, and including specific revisions or language changes.
Public Availability of the National Endowment for the Humanities FY 2010 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2010 Service Contract inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2010. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). OFPP's guidance is available at https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/procurement /memo/ service-contract-inventories-guidance-11052010.pdf. NEH has posted its inventory and a summary of the inventory on the NEH Web site: https:// www.neh.gov.
Section 302 Report
In Section 302 of the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act, Congress directed the Copyright Office (``Office'') to prepare a report addressing possible mechanisms, methods, and recommendations for phasing out the statutory licensing requirements set forth in Sections 111, 119, and 122 of the Copyright Act. The Office published a Notice of Inquiry (``NOI'') in the Federal Register, seeking comments on issues related to Section 302. 76 FR 11816 (March 3, 2011). The Office announces that it will hold a public hearing on the issues raised by the NOI on June 10, 2011.
