The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This program helps to ensure that requested data is provided in the desired format; reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized; collection instruments are clearly understood; and the impact of collection requirements on respondents is properly assessed. At its regular business meeting on June 11, 2010, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the Commission held a public hearing as part of its regular business meeting. At the public hearing, the Commission: (1) Approved and tabled certain water resources projects, including approval of two projects involving diversions into the basin; and (2) approved amendments to its Regulatory Program Fee Schedule.

The Committee is proposing to add products to the Procurement List that will be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities.

The Federal Communications Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3501 - 3520. Comments are requested concerning: (a) whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and (e) ways to further reduce the information collection burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees.

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise FAR part 45, Government Property, and its associated clauses.

This document summarizes the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules agreed to by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) in this Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This document is issued under the joint authority of the Secretary of Defense, the Administrator of General Services and the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (the Councils) are issuing an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to incorporate increased thresholds for application of the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the United States Trade Representative.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is considering granting a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Systems (CS-MS), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Systems, Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Systems, and, Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) Systems under Product Service Code (PSC) 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies), under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). According to the request, no small business manufacturers supply these classes of products to the Federal Government. Thus, SBA is seeking information on whether there are small business manufacturers of these items. If granted, the waiver would allow otherwise qualified small businesses to supply the product of any manufacturer on a Federal contract set aside for small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small businesses or Participants in the SBA's 8(a) Business Development (BD) program.

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Tennessee (FEMA-1909-DR), dated 05/04/ 2010.

The information collection requirements described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA''). The FTC is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend through December 31, 2013, the current PRA clearance for information collection requirements contained in its Consumer Product Warranty Rule. Those clearances expire on December 31, 2010.
