Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
NARA is giving public notice that the agency has submitted to OMB for approval the information collections described in this notice. The public is invited to comment on the proposed information collections pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
Notice of Public Hearing and Commission Meeting
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing as part of its regular business meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. on December 5, 2007 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At the public hearing, the Commission will consider: (1) The approval of certain water resources projects, (2) enforcement actions involving three projects, (3) consideration of a request for an administrative hearing, (4) extension of two emergency water withdrawal certificates, and (5) revision of the Commission's current project fee schedule. Details concerning the matters to be addressed at the public hearing and business meeting are contained in the Supplementary Information section of this notice.
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as Amended by Public Law 104-13; Proposed Collection, Comment Request
The proposed information collection described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35, as amended). The Tennessee Valley Authority is soliciting public comments on this proposed collection as provided by 5 CFR 1320.8(d)(1). Requests for information, including copies of the information collection proposed and supporting documentation, should be directed to the Agency Clearance Officer: Alice D. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals; Information Collection; Civilian Board of Contract Appeals Rules of Procedure
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the General Services Administration will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement regarding the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA) Rules of Procedure. The clearance currently expires on January 31, 2008. Public comments are particularly invited on: Whether this collection of information is necessary and whether it will have practical utility; whether our estimate of the public burden of this collection of information is accurate and based on valid assumptions and methodology; and ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected.
