The Exchange proposes to amend the
MIAX Pearl Options Exchange Fee
Schedule (‘‘Fee Schedule’’) to, among
other things, adopt new fee categories
for the Exchange’s proprietary market
data feeds the Top of Market (‘‘ToM’’)
feed and the Liquidity Feed (‘‘PLF’’)
feed (collectively, the ‘‘market data
feeds’’).5
