MIAX Options Exchange Fee Schedule
(the ‘‘Fee Schedule’’) to, among other
things, adopt new fee categories for the
Exchange’s proprietary market data
feeds: (1) the Top of Market (‘‘ToM’’)
feed, (2) the Complex Top of Market
feed (‘‘cToM’’), (3) the Administrative
Information Subscriber feed (‘‘AIS’’),
and (4) the MIAX Order Feed (‘‘MOR’’)
(collectively, the ‘‘market data feeds’’).
