produced and exported by Vinh Hoan is
excluded from the Order. Accordingly,
Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs
and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate
unliquidated entries of certain frozen
fish fillets from Vietnam produced and
exported by Vinh Hoan which were
entered, or withdrawn from warehouse,
for consumption on or after August 1,
2021, without regard to antidumping
duties.3 Commerce will also instruct
CBP to discontinue the suspension of
liquidation and the collection of cash
deposits for estimated antidumping
duties for entries of certain frozen fish
fillets produced and exported by Vinh
Hoan.
Because there is no further basis for
conducting administrative reviews of
the Order with respect to merchandise
produced and exported by Vinh Hoan
for any period of review after August 1,
2021, Commerce does not intend to
further conduct the ongoing
administrative reviews under section
751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended, for the August 1, 2022,
through July 1, 2023, and August 1,
2023, through July 1, 2024, periods of
review with respect to Vinh Hoan as the
exporter and producer.4

lumber from Canada.1 Commerce
The Department of
Commerce, in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to comment on
proposed, and continuing information
collections, which helps us assess the
impact of our information collection
requirements and minimize the public’s
reporting burden. The purpose of this
notice is to allow for 60 days of public
comment on the proposed new
information collection prior to the
submission of the information collection
request (ICR) to OMB for approval.
